YES!! In most of the surrounding Counties of NC, You will need a Permit for any structure measuring over 12 feet by 12 feet in any dimension. If you by a 12×12 Shed, You will NOT need a Permit. If you buy an 8×16 Shed, You will! Counties often require Tie Downs as part of the Permitting process! Tie Downs are NOT INCLUDED in the price of any structure, But can be purchased separately! It is the Customers responsibility to know this before buying a Shed or Garage!
