Am I approved for Rent-to-Own?
Yes! Since this is rent-to-own, al| applicants are approved automatically.
How do rent-to-own payments work?
Payments are processed by a third-party RTO company and generally begin 30 days after ordering your buildings. Your trailer payments start 6 weeks after leasing your trailer. Payments do incur a lease fee which is included in the quoted monthly payment we provide you.
Can I buy my RTO lease out early?
Yes, you can buy your lease out at any time with no fees. The “‘buy-out” price S the remainder owed on the building/trailer (not the ease) + tax. What does free delivery & set up include? We offer free delivery up to 50 miles from the nearest Premier dealer. Our deliver team will place your building on Wooden block and level it up to 18″. We ask for a level location, concrete blocks on site f you wish to use them, and adequate space for delivery.
How much space is needed for delivery?
Vertical space of 14′ is required, taking any branches or utility wires into account. While our drivers are very Skilled with a mule, they need a minimum of 1′ of space to maneuver the building through an opening. E.g. a building 12 feet wide will require a 14-footwide space
Can I change or cancel my order?
Custom shed orders can be changed up to 48 hours after they are made. All sales on sheds & trailers are final.
